We are pleased to announce that “KISEKITEKI FAN-BEAR,” a calligraphy NFT artwork by Konan Sumiyoshi, has been awarded the Special Prize in the official program of EXPO 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan, titled “NFT Creators File: Digital Art Exhibition.”

The work was highly praised for its innovative fusion of traditional calligraphy—expressing the breath of brushstrokes—with cutting-edge blockchain technology, bridging heritage and the digital future.

  This bold piece expresses the legacy and future of the World Expo. The phrase “Osaka Expo” is written in golden seal script (tensho), combined with a kimono pattern inspired by the Tower of the Sun and elements of the official character Myaku-Myaku, symbolizing the evolution across time.
